This outcome-oriented workshop is structured to show participants in the least amount of time, how they can actually use their emotions as the valuable tools they are, to accomplish goals, change unwanted behaviors, make better decisions, and build healthier relationships whether on the job or while volunteering for their favorite passions.
It's an ideal workshop that works best for small to medium-sized groups, but can be used effectively with groups of all sizes. We know your time is money, so the workshop only takes 2.5 hours to complete, with two 15-minute breaks.
